September is here, which brings cooler nights and clearer skies. The haze of summer is slowly being replaced by the clear blue skies of fall. The Summer Milky Way is still prominent and for those that stay up late the wonders of fall objects will be visible. The next two months will be some of the best observing of the year.
On the 8th the Delta Aurgids and the September Perseids peak. On the 15th Jupiter and Uranus will be just 51 minutes apart. On the 19th Piscids peak. Jupiter is in opposition on the 20th.
